Avoylo

Check eligibility before inbound.

A sealed package is not automatically eligible. The Seller must accurately disclose its contents and obtain any required approval before dispatch.

Use the policy categories

The Prohibited & Restricted Items Policy is the authoritative list. It distinguishes prohibited goods, restricted goods needing approval, and conditionally acceptable goods. Carrier acceptance or a Host’s willingness to store a parcel does not override Avoylo’s requirements.

Stop ordinary inbound for unsafe or unknown goods

Do not send unknown contents, damaged or leaking inventory, or goods prohibited by the policy through normal inbound. Review the specific rules for hazardous materials, weapons, controlled substances, perishables, recalled goods, cash, and other high-risk categories rather than assuming ordinary household use makes them eligible.

Disclose restricted characteristics

Batteries, liquids, powders, fragile goods, high-value goods, or products with expiration requirements may require additional review depending on the exact item and policy category. Describe the actual composition, packaging, quantity, and handling needs. Keep manufacturer or safety documentation when relevant.

Get approval before shipping

Use the authorized review process and wait for a clear outcome before dispatch. Approval can be limited to a particular item, packaging, quantity, or placement. Do not apply a previous approval to changed contents. Hosts must not independently approve restricted inventory.

If an issue is discovered later

Stop the normal workflow, identify the affected parcel, and report the facts. Follow instructions for safe isolation, removal, or other authorized handling. Do not conceal the issue, relabel the goods as something else, or send the parcel onward to make it someone else’s problem.
