Sellers
What can I send through Avoylo?
The current workflow is for prepared, sealed parcels with declared parcel details. Read the Seller Packing & Inbound Standards and Prohibited & Restricted Items Policy before creating inbound.
How is a Host assigned?
An eligible Host receives an opportunity and must accept the placement. Seller pre-match information uses a coarse service area; residential Host addresses are restricted.
Hosts
Do I choose whether to accept a placement?
Yes. An eligible opportunity can be accepted or declined, subject to availability and the current offer terms.
Do Hosts pick and pack loose inventory?
No. Initial fulfillment uses a specific sealed parcel. The task includes verification, label, staging, and handoff steps.
Storage & fulfillment
When is a parcel recorded as stored?
After authorized receiving and verification at the assigned Host.
Does staging mean the carrier has the parcel?
No. A staging record is separate from authoritative carrier acceptance.
Billing & earnings
What does a Seller statement include?
The billing workspace breaks out storage, inbound and outbound handling, and applicable shipping or pickup pass-through charges.
Are Host payouts live?
No. The Host earnings workspace shows accounting status, while payout provider activation remains separate.
Returns & incidents
How are discrepancies handled?
A discrepancy report records the Seller declaration and Host observation separately for review. It does not automatically create a refund or liability decision.
Can a customer send a return to any Host address?
No. Return routing into the Host network requires Avoylo authorization and an accepted destination placement.
Account access
Can I sign up publicly?
Public Seller sign-up and Host applications are currently closed. Operational access is assigned to an account.
Can one account have more than one workspace?
Yes. Assigned Seller, Host, or Admin relationships determine which workspaces the account can use.
