Access follows the work.
Parcel operations involve business records, private locations, and customer delivery information. Access should be limited to the people and tasks that need it.
Account and workspace access
Use your own account and a unique password or an available identity provider. Email confirmation and the current account checks protect setup flows. A workspace is tied to a verified relationship; choosing a role on a public page does not grant operational permission.
Operational data boundaries
Seller, Host, and Admin views have different purposes. Sellers work with their own business records. Hosts work with authorized placements and tasks. Private location and photo access is limited to the relevant workflow rather than a public directory.
Keep credentials out of support
Do not share passwords, reset links, session tokens, API keys, or payment-card details in a support message. If you suspect an account problem, use the password recovery option, sign out of devices you no longer control, and report the facts through Contact.
Report a suspected vulnerability
Email [email protected] with the affected page, a clear description, the time observed, and minimal reproduction steps. Avoid including other people’s private data. Do not continue accessing unrelated records or disrupting service to prove the issue. Contact is also available if email is not suitable.
Understand the scope
This page describes access and reporting practices; it does not claim a security certification, third-party audit, or guarantee that every incident can be prevented. The Privacy Policy explains data processing, retention, and contact rights in more detail.
