Avoylo
Keep the space safe for people and parcels.
A storage opportunity is useful only when the Host can keep the inventory secure and carry out the required work safely.
Prepare the environment
Keep the storage area clean, dry, organized, and protected from avoidable damage. Do not block doors, exits, walkways, or safety equipment. Separate business parcels from food, pets, chemicals, and unrelated household goods. Maintain only the capacity you can actually use safely.
Control access and organization
Keep unauthorized people away from inventory and private shipment information. Organize parcels so identity can be verified without unsafe stacking or excessive handling. Follow the storage standards and any applicable location-specific restrictions before accepting a placement.
Inspect without improvising
Check the assigned parcel identity, seal, and visible condition in the receiving flow. Do not open, repair, repackage, or dispose of a parcel on your own initiative. Report unknown, leaking, damaged, or suspicious goods and follow the authorized exception instructions.
Respond to immediate danger
Protect people first and use the appropriate local emergency service if needed. Do not handle suspected dangerous goods simply to complete a task. Report the incident when safe and preserve the available records without exposing yourself or others to further risk.
Plan pauses and exit
Keep availability and capacity current before accepting new work. If your space becomes unsuitable, contact Avoylo promptly and coordinate the affected inventory. Pausing new opportunities or ending an account does not itself transfer physical custody of existing parcels.
