Using these pages
The public guides and policies are available as HTML with headings, links, and text that can be resized. Use the Skip to content link to reach the main content from the keyboard. The footer provides direct links to the published product, resource, trust, company, and legal pages.
Forms and account actions
Use labeled fields and the visible status or error text when completing a form. Password fields offer visibility controls in the app. If a task cannot be completed with your input method or assistive technology, contact support with the affected page and the step that blocked you.
Report a barrier
- The page URL and what you were trying to accomplish.
- The control or content that was difficult to use.
- Your browser and device, and assistive technology if relevant.
- A description of the outcome you expected; avoid including private account or parcel information unless necessary.
