Avoylo
A service area is not a home address.
Host locations can be private residential spaces. Avoylo separates discovery information from precise details needed for an authorized shipment or task.
Before a placement
Use coarse area information such as a city or service zone to assess a potential match. Sellers should not receive a public directory of precise Host locations. A coverage inquiry does not require a Host’s street address or access instructions.
After an authorized match
The operational flow can share the precise destination needed to carry out an accepted placement. Use that information only for the authorized purpose. Do not publish it, use it for unrelated visits, or reuse it for a new inbound without authorization.
Labels and necessary disclosures
Shipping labels, carrier pickup, claims, legal processes, and authorized transfers may require location details. Privacy protections are not an absolute secrecy promise. Do not tell a customer to return goods to a Host merely because the address appeared on a previous label.
Photos and access instructions
Keep photographs focused on the parcel, storage area, or incident. Avoid household members, documents, unrelated labels, and private possessions. Share building access details only through the appropriate authorized flow, never a public comment or marketing page.
When information is misused
Report suspected address disclosure, harassment, or inappropriate contact with the relevant record and a description of what happened. Preserve useful evidence without spreading the private information further. Deletion and retention requests follow the Privacy Policy and applicable operational or legal record requirements.
