Practical guide
Get your Seller workspace ready.
Start with accurate business details and a small, well-documented parcel batch. Account setup and an accepted operational placement are separate steps.
Before creating the workspace
- Have your business or operating name and business country ready. A website is optional; billing details are requested when a later operation needs them.
- Know what is inside the parcel and review the prohibited and restricted item categories.
- Measure the packed parcel, not the unpacked product, and record the unit of measure.
- Read the Seller agreement and pricing policies before accepting them.
Complete setup
Choose Seller setup from Start. Confirm your email when required, enter your business name and country, confirm parcel eligibility, and review the displayed terms. Save your progress if you need to return. Use an existing account to add a Seller workspace instead of making a second account solely for another role.
Prepare the first batch
Create a parcel profile that matches the actual packaging. Assign separate identities to separate physical parcels. Keep an inventory count and clear records of dimensions and value. If packaging or contents change, update the applicable profile before using it for a later batch.
Move through the first placement
Create inbound with the requested area and a valid storage offer. Review acceptance and dispatch instructions before shipping. Track carrier delivery and Host receiving separately. Only eligible stored inventory should be used for an order.
Keep the account usable
Check task exceptions, statement details, and support requests regularly. Use the app’s records to investigate a discrepancy before repeating an action. When pausing or leaving, arrange authorized removal or transfer of inventory still in the network.
