Practical guide
Prepare a complete Host application.
A complete application helps reviewers understand whether the proposed space and operating plan fit sealed-parcel storage and fulfillment.
Check the space first
Choose a clean, dry, secure storage area with stable access and enough room to organize parcels without blocking exits. Confirm that you are allowed to use the space for the proposed activity. Separate business inventory from food, pets, personal belongings, and sources of damage.
Collect accurate details
- Describe the location and usable capacity honestly; exclude space you cannot keep available.
- State the receiving and handoff availability you can maintain.
- Record the equipment and operating capabilities you actually have.
- Explain access constraints that affect authorized receiving or pickup without publishing private entry codes.
Take useful photographs
Show the storage area and the relevant access or safety features. Use clear photos of the actual location. Keep people, household documents, license plates, private labels, and unrelated possessions out of frame. Photos are application evidence, not a public gallery.
Submit and follow review
Save the application steps, review the final information and Host terms, and submit when complete. Return to the status page for review progress or requested changes. Update the requested fields rather than opening duplicate applications. An application is not permission to begin accepting inventory.
After activation
Review each opportunity before accepting. Keep capacity and availability current. Read the receiving, storage, staging, and handoff requirements before your first task. If you need to pause, you remain responsible for parcels already in your custody until an authorized handoff or removal is completed.
