Avoylo Seller Packing & Inbound Standards
Version: 0.1 Last Updated: September 28, 2026 Effective Date: [TBD BEFORE PUBLICATION]
These Seller Packing & Inbound Standards define how a Seller must prepare, identify, declare, and send inventory into the Avoylo network.
They are designed for Avoylo's initial prepacked, sealed-parcel fulfillment model, where a Host receives customer-ready sealed Parcels, stores them without opening them, and later fulfills an order by retrieving the exact assigned Parcel, verifying it, applying the authorized shipping label, and staging it for carrier pickup.
These Standards should be read together with the Avoylo Operations Policy, Seller Services Policy, Prohibited & Restricted Items Policy, Shipping & Carrier Policy, Billing & Payment Policy, Claims & Incident Policy, and applicable Terms of Service.
A more specific product, carrier, regulatory, or service-specific requirement controls where it is stricter than these general Standards.
1. Core Packing Rule
Every Parcel submitted to the initial Avoylo network must arrive fully packed, sealed, identifiable, and ready to become customer-fulfillable inventory without ordinary repacking or SKU picking by the Host.
A Seller must not send loose merchandise and expect the Host to create customer Parcels.
The initial model is:
Seller packs → Seller seals → Avoylo authorizes inbound → Host verifies → Host stores → Avoylo allocates exact Parcel → Host labels and stages
2. Definitions
For these Standards:
Parcel means one individually identifiable sealed physical package recorded in Avoylo.
Batch means a Seller-created group of Parcels submitted together.
Placement means the specific set of Parcels assigned by Avoylo to one Host Location.
Customer-ready means the Parcel can ordinarily be sent to the end customer after Avoylo's authorized outbound Label is applied, without the Host opening or repacking it.
Outer packaging means the physical package surface the Host handles and on which Avoylo or carrier labels may be applied.
Avoylo Parcel identity means the QR code, barcode, opaque identifier, or other identifier Avoylo associates with one physical Parcel.
Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Avoylo Operations Policy or another applicable policy.
3. Seller Responsibility Before Inbound
Before a Parcel is sent to a Host, the Seller is responsible for:
- choosing eligible inventory;
- completing the customer-ready packing;
- sealing the Parcel;
- entering materially accurate quantity, weight, dimensions, category, and other requested information;
- applying or associating the correct Avoylo Parcel identity;
- confirming the Parcel complies with the Prohibited & Restricted Items Policy;
- obtaining any required restricted-item approval;
- waiting for Avoylo to authorize the inbound shipment; and
- using only the authorized inbound route and Host destination.
A Host is not the Seller's packing department under the initial service.
4. No Loose-SKU Inbound
Unless Avoylo expressly introduces a different service, the Seller must not send:
- loose individual products;
- open master cartons requiring Host sorting;
- bulk goods requiring unit picking;
- unpacked merchandise;
- mixed loose SKUs requiring separation;
- unsealed bundles requiring assembly; or
- inventory that requires the Host to create the customer-facing shipment package.
Each customer-fulfillable unit must already exist as an identifiable Parcel.
5. One Parcel Identity Per Physical Parcel
Each physical Parcel must correspond to one unique Avoylo Parcel identity.
The Seller must not:
- assign one identity to two physical Parcels;
- place multiple Avoylo identities on one physical Parcel unless the supported workflow expressly requires it;
- reuse a retired identity;
- reuse an identity already associated with another active Parcel;
- deliberately obscure the identity;
- copy an identity onto substitute inventory; or
- swap the physical Parcel after Avoylo has recorded the authorized inbound scope without using the correction workflow.
6. Parcel Identity Placement
Where the Seller is required to physically attach an Avoylo QR code or identifier before inbound:
- the identifier must be externally visible;
- it must be scannable without opening the Parcel;
- it should be placed on a reasonably flat area;
- it should not cross a box seam where normal opening or movement may damage it;
- it should not be folded around a sharp edge where the code becomes unreadable;
- it should not be placed beneath opaque tape or another label that prevents scanning; and
- it must remain associated with the correct physical Parcel.
Avoylo may later provide more specific placement templates or printable labels.
7. No Customer Address Required Before Outbound
A Seller must not treat a Host-bound Parcel as already assigned to a final customer unless the enabled workflow expressly requires it.
Under the ordinary initial model, inventory may be prepacked before the customer order exists.
The final outbound carrier Label may therefore be applied later by the Host after Avoylo assigns the exact Parcel to an order.
The Seller should leave enough suitable outer-package surface for the future authorized shipping Label.
8. Outer Packaging Must Be Closed and Sealed
Every Parcel must arrive closed and sealed.
Acceptable sealing must be reasonably appropriate for the package type and contents.
Examples may include:
- pressure-sensitive carton tape;
- reinforced packing tape;
- manufacturer-sealed retail shipping carton;
- self-sealing commercial mailer;
- securely sealed padded mailer; or
- another packaging system appropriate for ordinary parcel transport.
A loosely folded flap, untaped carton, open bag, or package that can spill contents through normal handling is not adequately sealed.
9. Seal Integrity
A seal should remain intact through:
- Seller-to-Host transportation;
- receipt;
- storage;
- Host retrieval;
- QR verification;
- Label application;
- staging; and
- ordinary carrier handling.
If a Parcel arrives with a materially broken, opened, or compromised seal, the Host may place it into discrepancy review rather than normal STORED.
10. No Hidden Repacking Requirement
The Seller must not send a package that appears closed but is known to require the Host to:
- add padding;
- reinforce weak packaging;
- replace a damaged carton;
- tape an unsealed opening;
- combine pieces;
- insert products;
- remove products;
- insert promotional material;
- prepare a gift message; or
- otherwise complete ordinary customer packing.
If special repacking services are later offered, they require a separately enabled workflow.
11. Packaging Must Fit the Contents
Outer packaging must be reasonably sized and structured for the contents.
The Seller should avoid:
- a very large box containing a small unsecured item;
- excessive empty space that allows uncontrolled movement;
- a container too small for the product;
- overstuffed packaging under visible strain;
- exposed protrusions;
- loose heavy components; or
- another condition reasonably likely to cause package failure.
12. Internal Protection
The Seller is responsible for reasonable internal product protection.
Where relevant, this may include:
- cushioning;
- dividers;
- corner protection;
- void fill;
- protective sleeves;
- internal bags;
- manufacturer inserts; or
- other suitable protection.
The Host does not inspect internal protective material in a sealed Parcel under the ordinary workflow.
13. Fragile Goods
Fragile goods are not automatically accepted merely because the Parcel is sealed.
Where Avoylo permits a fragile product category, the Seller is responsible for packaging the item to withstand ordinary parcel handling.
The Seller must not rely on the Host to add fragile packaging after inbound arrival.
If the selected carrier or service has additional packaging requirements, those requirements also apply.
14. Heavy Goods
A Parcel must remain within the applicable Avoylo and carrier weight limits.
The Seller must enter the actual gross packed weight, including:
- product;
- inner packaging;
- outer box or mailer;
- inserts;
- protective material; and
- other included contents.
The Seller must not enter product-only weight where Avoylo requests Parcel weight.
15. Parcel Dimensions
The Seller must enter the actual outer dimensions of the sealed Parcel.
Dimensions should be measured at the greatest outside extent of the final packed Parcel.
The Seller must not:
- enter product dimensions instead of Parcel dimensions;
- ignore bulging packaging;
- omit external protective packaging;
- report a smaller box size planned for the future rather than the package actually being sent; or
- intentionally understate dimensions to reduce storage or shipping charges.
16. Measurement Units
The Seller must use the units requested by Avoylo.
Where Avoylo requests inches and pounds, the Seller must not knowingly submit centimeters or kilograms without conversion.
Where the interface supports unit selection, the selected unit must correspond to the entered number.
Avoylo may normalize measurements internally.
17. Measurement Accuracy
The Seller should use a reasonably accurate scale and measuring tool.
The Seller does not need laboratory-grade equipment for ordinary consumer Parcels, but materially false or careless measurement is not acceptable.
A Host or carrier measurement may later be recorded separately.
The Seller's original declaration must not be silently overwritten solely because another measurement differs.
18. Parcel Volume
Avoylo may calculate Parcel volume from the authoritative outer dimensions.
The current storage model may use cubic feet derived from those dimensions.
A Seller must not manually manipulate volume independently of the actual package dimensions where Avoylo calculates it automatically.
19. Quantity
The Seller must declare the actual number of physical Parcels being submitted.
For a Batch containing 40 Parcels, the Seller must not:
- ship 42 and expect the extras to be silently accepted;
- ship 38 and mark 40 as complete;
- create identities for Parcels that do not physically exist; or
- include unrelated Parcels outside the authorized scope.
Partial inbound arrival may be supported operationally, but the missing Parcels remain missing or in transit until actually received.
20. Batch Consistency
Where multiple Parcels belong to one declared Parcel profile, the Seller should ensure that the physical Parcels materially match that profile.
If some units materially differ in:
- dimensions;
- weight;
- product category;
- storage requirements;
- restrictions; or
- packaging type,
the Seller should create or use the appropriate separate profile or correction workflow rather than hiding the difference inside one inaccurate profile.
21. Parcel Profile
A Seller Parcel profile may describe reusable physical characteristics of customer-ready Parcels.
A profile may include:
- profile name;
- product or fulfillment reference;
- dimensions;
- weight;
- category;
- handling facts; and
- other approved operational data.
Using a saved profile does not excuse the Seller from correcting it when the physical packaging materially changes.
22. Product or Packaging Changes
The Seller must review the Parcel profile when there is a material change to:
- outer carton size;
- mailer size;
- weight;
- product contents;
- battery configuration;
- liquid contents;
- aerosol status;
- hazardous classification;
- value;
- packaging method; or
- another eligibility-relevant characteristic.
A materially changed product should not continue using stale operational declarations.
23. Restricted-Item Disclosure
The Seller must disclose requested facts that can affect eligibility, including where relevant:
- batteries;
- liquids;
- aerosols;
- pressurized contents;
- chemicals;
- ingestible products;
- medical products;
- regulated goods;
- expiration;
- temperature sensitivity;
- high value; or
- another restricted characteristic.
A generic product description must not be used to conceal a restricted characteristic.
24. Prohibited Goods
A Seller must not include a prohibited item inside an otherwise eligible Parcel.
Eligibility applies to the entire physical Parcel.
A hidden prohibited insert, sample, battery, liquid, chemical, or other article can make the whole Parcel ineligible.
The current Avoylo Prohibited & Restricted Items Policy controls.
25. Promotional Inserts
A Seller may include ordinary nonhazardous printed inserts where they do not change the Parcel's eligibility or require Host handling.
The Seller must not ask the Host to add a promotional insert after storage under the initial service.
An included sample or promotional product must itself comply with all Avoylo rules.
26. No Cash or High-Risk Inserts
A Seller must not place prohibited cash, monetary instruments, unsupported gift cards, prohibited controlled items, or another restricted high-risk article inside an otherwise ordinary Parcel to bypass Avoylo's item policy.
27. Liquids
Where Avoylo has approved a nonhazardous liquid category, the Seller must use packaging reasonably designed to prevent leakage under ordinary parcel handling.
Avoylo may require:
- secure primary closure;
- secondary containment;
- absorbent material;
- protective bagging; or
- other controls.
Hazardous, flammable, corrosive, pressurized, or unsupported liquids remain governed by the Prohibited & Restricted Items Policy.
28. Powders and Granular Goods
Where Avoylo permits an ordinary nonhazardous powder or granular product, the Seller must use sealed packaging that reasonably prevents leakage or dispersal.
Unknown, unlabeled, hazardous, or unsupported powders must not be sent.
29. Batteries and Battery-Powered Goods
Battery eligibility depends on the Prohibited & Restricted Items Policy and carrier rules.
Where an approved battery-powered product is permitted, the Seller must accurately disclose requested battery information.
The Seller must not send a battery that is known or suspected to be:
- swollen;
- leaking;
- damaged;
- punctured;
- overheating;
- recalled for a relevant safety issue; or
- otherwise unsafe for ordinary transportation.
30. Temperature-Sensitive Goods
The ordinary Avoylo Host network is not a cold-chain service.
The Seller must not submit goods requiring:
- refrigeration;
- freezing;
- controlled heat;
- dry ice;
- active cooling;
- frequent coolant replacement; or
- another unsupported temperature-control process
unless Avoylo expressly enables that service.
31. Expiration and Shelf Life
Where Avoylo supports a product category with expiration or shelf-life requirements, the Seller must provide any required:
- expiration date;
- use-by date;
- lot;
- batch;
- date code; or
- minimum remaining shelf-life information.
Expired or insufficient-life inventory must not be knowingly submitted.
32. Product Value
Where Avoylo requests Parcel value, the Seller must provide the requested value basis accurately.
The Seller must not intentionally understate value to avoid:
- eligibility limits;
- claims limits;
- security controls;
- carrier restrictions; or
- other applicable rules.
Entering a value does not itself create insurance coverage.
33. High-Value Inventory
Inventory exceeding Avoylo's then-current supported value threshold requires explicit approval.
The threshold may depend on:
- Host security;
- carrier;
- product category;
- Placement concentration;
- claims program; or
- service level.
The Seller must not split or misdeclare value solely to evade an applicable high-value restriction.
34. Old Shipping Labels
Before inbound, the Seller should remove or permanently obscure old carrier labels and routing barcodes that could confuse transportation.
An old label should not remain scannable where it could cause misrouting.
This rule does not require removal of ordinary product barcodes or Avoylo identifiers.
35. Hazard Markings
The Seller must not leave misleading hazardous-material, dangerous-goods, regulatory, orientation, or special-handling markings on packaging where they are no longer accurate.
The Seller must not remove markings that applicable law or carrier rules require.
Where the correct treatment is uncertain, the Seller must resolve the classification before inbound shipment.
36. Retail Packaging Alone
Retail product packaging is not automatically sufficient as shipping packaging.
Where the retail package is not reasonably suitable for ordinary transportation and storage, the Seller must place it in suitable outer shipping packaging before inbound.
A Host is not expected to add an outer carton later.
37. Poly Mailers and Soft Packaging
A commercial poly mailer, padded mailer, or other flexible package may be acceptable for suitable products where it:
- is fully sealed;
- protects the contents;
- does not expose sharp edges;
- maintains Parcel identity;
- provides a usable surface for the future shipping Label; and
- is compatible with the carrier and service.
A thin bag that tears or opens under ordinary handling is not acceptable.
38. Reused Packaging
Reused outer packaging may be accepted where it remains structurally sound and does not contain misleading labels, hazardous markings, private information, or material damage.
The Seller must not use heavily weakened, wet, crushed, contaminated, or structurally compromised packaging.
39. Privacy on Reused Packaging
Where packaging is reused, the Seller must remove or obscure prior customer names, addresses, tracking codes, account information, or other personal data that is not required for the new Parcel.
40. Tamper-Evident Features
Tamper-evident tape, seals, or packaging may be used but are not universally required unless Avoylo specifies them for a category or service level.
Where a Seller uses a tamper-evident feature, it should not prevent the Host from scanning required external Avoylo identifiers.
41. No Host-Specific Personal Notes on Parcel Exterior
The Seller should not place unnecessary private instructions, phone numbers, personal messages, or Host-specific data on the Parcel exterior.
Operational instructions should be transmitted through Avoylo's system.
42. No Customer Pickup Instructions on Inbound Parcel
The Seller must not print instructions inviting an end customer to collect the Parcel from the Host Location.
Ordinary customer pickup at Host residences is not part of the initial service.
43. Host Address Use
The Seller may use a Host's exact address only through an authorized Avoylo operational workflow.
The Seller must not:
- reuse an address for a later unauthorized shipment;
- publish it as a general return address;
- provide it to customers;
- use it for unrelated solicitation;
- use it for off-platform fulfillment; or
- send promotional or unrelated goods to it.
44. Inbound Authorization Required
A Seller must not ship inventory until Avoylo authorizes the inbound Shipment.
The Seller must wait for:
- committed Host assignment;
- applicable Placement;
- authorized routing;
- required Parcel identities; and
- any required inbound Label or instructions.
A Host Opportunity alone is not inbound authorization.
45. Seller Must Use the Authorized Destination
Once Avoylo authorizes inbound shipping, the Seller must use the exact authorized destination and routing information.
The Seller must not manually substitute another Host address or send the Batch to another destination because it seems geographically convenient.
46. Inbound Shipment Scope
The physical inbound Shipment must correspond to the authorized Placement.
The Seller must not silently add:
- extra Parcels;
- substitute Parcels;
- promotional cartons;
- future replenishment;
- unrelated inventory; or
- another Seller's inventory.
Replenishment requires its own authorized workflow.
47. Replenishment
New stock sent after an earlier Placement is not automatically part of that original Placement.
Unless Avoylo expressly enables another replenishment mechanism, replenishment requires a new authorized Batch or replenishment Placement with its own traceable:
- Parcel identities;
- quantity;
- capacity effect;
- Accepted Terms where applicable;
- inbound records; and
- custody history.
48. Partial Inbound Shipment
Where Avoylo permits a Placement to arrive in multiple physical deliveries, the Seller must ensure each shipment can be associated with the correct Placement and Parcels.
The Seller must not mark missing Parcels received merely because part of the Placement arrived.
Each Parcel is received individually through the authoritative workflow.
49. Carrier Tracking for Inbound
Where required, the Seller must provide or use valid inbound tracking information.
The Seller must not knowingly submit:
- tracking for another shipment;
- fabricated tracking;
- expired unrelated tracking;
- a tracking number that does not correspond to the authorized inbound route; or
- false delivery information.
50. Carrier Delivered Does Not Equal Host Received
A carrier Delivered status does not automatically mean the Host has completed receipt.
Until the Host completes the authorized receipt workflow:
- the Parcel is not normal
STOREDinventory; - storage accrual does not begin solely from the carrier delivery scan; and
- a delivery discrepancy may require investigation.
51. Seller Inbound No-Show
A committed Placement does not reserve Host capacity indefinitely without inbound movement.
Avoylo may establish a tender or validity window.
If the Seller does not tender the authorized inbound shipment within the applicable window, Avoylo may:
- release reserved capacity;
- cancel or expire the Placement;
- rematch later; or
- require a new inbound authorization.
Storage charges do not begin merely because capacity was reserved.
52. Seller Delay
If the Seller expects a material inbound delay, the Seller should update Avoylo through the supported workflow where available.
A substantial delay may affect:
- Host availability;
- reserved capacity;
- Placement validity;
- carrier routing; or
- required rematching.
The Seller must not assume an old Host assignment remains valid indefinitely.
53. Incorrect Inbound Destination
If the Seller discovers that a Parcel was sent to the wrong destination, the Seller must report the issue promptly.
The Seller must not instruct an unrelated person or Host to redirect inventory outside Avoylo's authorized process.
Avoylo may use the carrier or incident workflow to recover or reroute the shipment where supported.
54. Inbound Transit Damage
If the Seller or carrier reports that an inbound shipment was damaged before Host receipt, Avoylo may require:
- carrier evidence;
- Seller pre-shipment evidence;
- Host arrival photographs;
- packaging evidence; or
- another relevant record.
The Parcel may remain outside normal storage pending review.
55. Inbound Loss
If a carrier loses a Parcel before Host receipt, the Parcel must not be treated as Host inventory.
The Seller and Avoylo may use the applicable carrier and Claims process.
Host storage earning and Seller storage billing do not begin for a Parcel that never reaches authoritative STORED.
56. Unknown Parcel at Host
If a Host receives a physical Parcel that cannot be matched to an authorized Avoylo identity or Placement, the Parcel must not become normal STORED inventory.
The normal path is:
UNKNOWN → REVIEW → identification / correction / authorized return / removal / other disposition
The Seller may be required to provide evidence identifying the Parcel.
57. Unauthorized Extra Parcel
An extra Parcel that was not part of the authorized inbound scope must not be silently accepted into the Placement.
Avoylo may require:
- identification;
- corrected authorization;
- a new Placement;
- return;
- removal; or
- another supported disposition.
Any resulting additional shipping or handling cost is governed by the applicable Billing & Payment Policy and agreements.
58. Host Count Verification
Where Avoylo asks the Host to verify received Parcel quantity, the Host's observation is preserved separately from the Seller's declaration.
A difference creates a discrepancy; it does not silently rewrite the Seller's original quantity.
59. Host Weight or Dimension Verification
A Host may report a materially different observed weight or dimension.
A Host measurement is an observation and not automatically a certified carrier measurement.
Avoylo may compare:
- Seller declaration;
- Host measurement;
- carrier measurement;
- photographs; and
- provider adjustment.
Any financial correction must remain auditable.
60. Visible Damage at Receipt
A Host may place a Parcel into discrepancy review where outer packaging shows material visible damage such as:
- crushing;
- tearing;
- puncture;
- water exposure;
- open seam;
- broken seal;
- leakage; or
- another condition reasonably suggesting package compromise.
The Host should capture required evidence before unauthorized alteration where safe.
61. Unsafe Package at Receipt
If a Parcel appears to:
- leak;
- emit fumes;
- overheat;
- contain a swollen battery;
- contain an unknown hazardous substance;
- create an immediate safety concern; or
- otherwise be unsafe,
the Host must stop ordinary processing.
The Host must not open the Parcel merely to investigate.
Human safety takes priority.
62. Quarantine
A Parcel may enter QUARANTINED where a safety, eligibility, or material discrepancy issue requires normal fulfillment to stop.
Quarantined inventory:
- is not normal available inventory;
- must not be allocated to an order;
- must not be opened by the Host without an authorized supported procedure;
- must not be independently discarded or returned; and
- remains subject to Avoylo's incident or safety instructions.
63. Seller Correction During Receiving
If a Seller identifies a correctable inbound declaration error while the Parcel is still in receiving or review, Avoylo may permit an auditable correction.
The Seller must not directly tell the Host to ignore the existing Avoylo record.
A correction affecting pricing, eligibility, or capacity may require:
- updated data;
- rematching;
- additional approval;
- a new Placement;
- financial adjustment; or
- another supported step.
64. When a Parcel Becomes STORED
A Parcel becomes normal stored inventory only after:
- it belongs to an authorized Placement;
- the required Host receipt workflow is completed;
- required Parcel identity verification succeeds;
- no blocking discrepancy remains;
- no safety/quarantine hold remains; and
- Avoylo authoritatively records
STORED.
Only then does normal Host storage accrual begin.
65. Seller Cannot Force STORED
A Seller message, email, support request, or assertion that "the Host has it" does not create STORED.
The Host and Avoylo receipt workflow remains authoritative.
66. No Automatic Acceptance of Misdeclared Inventory
Avoylo may decline to complete normal storage where the physical inventory materially differs from the accepted Placement in a way that affects:
- capacity;
- safety;
- eligibility;
- price;
- carrier compatibility; or
- Host operating capability.
A Host is not required to accept materially different inventory merely because the Seller already shipped it.
67. Packing and Inbound Evidence
Avoylo may preserve operational evidence including:
- Seller declarations;
- Parcel identities;
- profile version;
- dimensions;
- weight;
- inbound tracking;
- Host scans;
- Host photographs;
- receipt timestamps;
- discrepancy reports;
- carrier events; and
- correction history.
Evidence may be used for operations, billing, Claims, fraud prevention, and audit as permitted by applicable policies.
68. No Fabricated Evidence
The Seller must not fabricate or alter:
- Parcel photographs;
- product photographs;
- quantity records;
- weight records;
- dimensions;
- tracking;
- packing evidence;
- invoice records;
- restricted-item information; or
- another material inbound record.
69. Record Retention by Seller
The Seller should retain records reasonably necessary to support:
- lawful inventory ownership;
- Parcel declarations;
- product identity;
- source/supplier;
- packing;
- value;
- inbound shipping;
- product safety;
- recall handling; and
- Claims.
Any legally required retention period remains the Seller's responsibility unless Avoylo expressly assumes it.
70. Packaging Failure
If inadequate Seller packaging causes or materially contributes to:
- damage;
- leakage;
- carrier refusal;
- contamination;
- repacking need;
- return;
- additional shipping cost; or
- another operational problem,
the event may be handled under the applicable Claims, Billing, or Seller Services rules.
These Standards do not themselves establish a fixed liability amount.
71. Host Must Not Repair Seller Packaging Without Authorization
A Host must not conceal Seller packing defects by independently rebuilding the Parcel.
If packaging is materially deficient, the Host must use the discrepancy or incident workflow.
Minor actions expressly authorized by Avoylo may be permitted, but the initial service does not assume general Host repacking.
72. No Unauthorized Opening
The Host is not required or ordinarily permitted to open a Seller Parcel to verify compliance.
The Seller therefore remains responsible for the accuracy of declared contents.
Avoylo may use other verification, documentation, or investigation methods where appropriate.
73. Packing Standard Changes
Avoylo may update these Standards prospectively as:
- carrier requirements change;
- product categories expand;
- operational experience changes;
- new packaging technology becomes supported; or
- safety requirements evolve.
A later standard does not silently rewrite historical receipt records.
74. Service-Specific Packing Requirements
Avoylo may publish additional packing requirements for specific:
- product categories;
- carriers;
- return workflows;
- high-value inventory;
- restricted inventory;
- fragile goods;
- liquids;
- battery products; or
- service levels.
The more specific requirement controls for that item or service.
75. Pre-Inbound Seller Checklist
Before tendering inventory, the Seller should be able to confirm all of the following:
- the product is eligible;
- any required restricted-item approval exists;
- the Parcel is customer-ready;
- the Parcel is sealed;
- the packaging is structurally sound;
- quantity is correct;
- outer dimensions are materially accurate;
- gross packed weight is materially accurate;
- Avoylo identity is correct and externally usable;
- old conflicting shipping labels are removed or obscured;
- the authorized Host assignment exists;
- the current inbound destination is authorized;
- the Parcel belongs to the authorized Placement; and
- the inbound shipment follows Avoylo's current instructions.
If any of these are materially uncertain, the Seller should resolve the issue before shipment.
